Before you go any deeper into the wheel bearings take a look at the
calipers. Its a common fault on the TLC that they throw mounting bolts,
especially on the long half shaft side as they get older. I have ended-up
putting oversized bolts in there.
Just a thought
The inner seal supplied by Milner is often in a Toy pack with part number.
Their 'standard' replacement is alleged not to have an extra crease in the
membrane between shell and sealing lips, which makes for more flexibility
when the axle gets more floppy as it gets older and it maintains a good seal.
