Thought I'd share this. I just replaced my intake shutter because the diaphragm was shot.
Well, the end result is no more engine management light but more satisfyingly the engine shuts down instantly and much much more smoothly.
Previously it would shake the car left to right several times as it wound down while managing to draw air in through the intake. Probably didn't help the mounts either.
