was at a place last week looking at a couple of 120's for someone ( and other Cruisers) and while talking to the owner/dealer he was saying that he'd had experience of rear chassis failure and tow bars falling off whilst towing. This was bound to come with the mud trap design trapping water/mud/salt in the last 18" of the chassis and corroding from the inside out.
I had the bumper off mine and cleaned it out and treated it after I cut the last bit off. It can drain now.
This was the dealer Grant W bought his 80 from. It goes to show the state of things, all the Cruisers he had in were as rough as toast underneath whereas when GW bought his they were all pretty presentable.
