Spare Wheel

I have a 2020 VX which is fitted with BF Goodrich 285/65 R18 tyres but the spare underneath is the original Dunlop 285/60 R18. I feel i should replace the Dunlop with a Goodrich as i will be towing a heavy van and he profiles dont match, however is the larger profile tyre going to be too big to fit the space underneath. I dont want to have to carry the spare in the cargo bay as need the space.

It's about 30mm bigger in diameter if that helps.
