I have a starlink dish, bought at pre-increase prices. And it's here in the UK already. This is a gen2, rectangular with WiFi router. Roaming has not been activated in the area yet, so it's not possible to mount this on a vehicle ( yet ).
£489.00 including postage to anywhere in the UK. The warranty and service will transfer to the new owner.
So if you are in the coverage area, want a kit quickly( its a few months wait otherwise ) and are ok to pay the service charge (£95/month), and are mostly consuming ( 200mbps down/8 to 10mbps up ), let me know. I have to the 29th of Apr to either transfer it to someone local, or send it back to the USA. Note that I can only transfer it to someone in GB.
