So, just got my cruiser back after spending 6k to get her driving again.....no i have a leak from the input shaft of my steering rack. Can this be replaced without pulling the thr steering rack out? Or am i up for another big bill?

I have the same problem, you can buy overhaul kits or send it away for reconditioning or get a new one but stay with genuine Toyota.
