Anyone on here make or sell steering spacers to fit a Colorado?
got a 2” bodylift but didn’t come with the spacer  :disappointed:

They should have them because I made them the original pattern!

I’ve sent them an email so hopefully hear back today, it’s a 2” bodylift but the one they sel is 1.5” would this still work?

Yes because the 2" lift in the suspension isn't 2" in the steering column.

Can't remember where i got my body lift but it included a steering spacer which made steering very heavy until i loosened the spline collar bolt which was seized solid but driving around the block very slowly had it all come good so i re-tighted the collar bolt and never looked at it since . So theres adjustment to be had anyway right about where the steering spacer fits .

Yep you must slacken off the splined sections on the column or the steering will bind.

thanks lads but unfortunately back to drawing board..

milner apparently don’t supply them!

I'd ask the seller because its likely more of a job to find the material than it is to make the spacer .

Odd because there is the spacer sitting in their picture for the lift kit

70 quid is dirt cheap the steering spacer is worth that alone i would say given the headaches it avoids for you .

I should’ve bought the Milner one but I wanted the extra half inch :tearsofjoy: :tearsofjoy: :tearsofjoy:

If I was to make another one there wouldn't be much change out of £70 for sure.
