truly fantastic weekend, was great to get out and hook up with some old and news friends, weather and banter perfect, Saturday night around the fire was super, banter on a new level, (Patrick, Patrick!), thank you Trevor for arranging, Jon and Alf
PS actually saw 70 mph on the way home!

Great weekend. Fantastic company, 2 legged and 4. Good to see familiar faces and meet new friends, Jon and Alf , Raj who’s car I almost bought off him  even if Lynn didn’t fall for it. (You’re a great sport Raj for going along with that.) And thanks to HMG for the Jaffa Cakes round the Cruiser version of the Blazing Saddles campfire, with added seagull entertainment (thanks Patrick you’re a legend!). HMG, apologies, didn’t get to formerly say hello. Next time!
And of course, Thanks Trev for organising and Phil for hosting. Looking forward to the next one.

Going through pics n replies, looks like I missed a lot :). I should ve got land cruiser long ago. I never met so many friends at any single event after college days. Mixed feelings- Nervous, overwhelming, feeling of high without adrenaline n poppy…The family man and old college guy within me trying to come out of me same time, all the passion, love for land cruiser, overlanding…no more words.
Very big event for someone who doesn’t connect to anything mainstream and living in a den of his own dreams…
Big thank you for all

Had a brilliant time learn a lot about seagulls and biscuits and after a lot of deep deep thinking have come to the conclusion that my ex wife was abducted by special needs space aliens and impregnated several times with the result of my err only male named offspring who was named Patrick Patrick who believe it or not turns out to be a prophet who new not me

You are most welcome Karl and just to let you all know Patrick Patrick has dearly departed for Portland

When the dates are announced for autumn meet up will let him know when to book his holiday I do know Patrick Patrick will not be attending the avalanche meet as its a small company he works for and its already been booked so looks like its back to self amusement such a pity that night could not have been recorded it would be just like farting in a lift it will never get old
Oh just got a text off of him and he says So nice to enjoy good company and thanks to all that attended
