Finally bit the bullet and ordered my new rear led lights from Ali express.
Lights look cool and very bright and even come with resistors to stop hyper flash.

Been looking at them for a while but not yet taken the plunge, just a little concerned about the longevity of them but I guess you always have the originals to swap back in should the need arrive.

Yep I have kept the original lights but to get on in life and move forward you have to take a chance.
My new lights have knocked years off the look of the car.
Only time will tell if they work or not.
