Trailer plug 2017 70 series GXL wagon

Hi folks, has anyone had any issues with trailer plug. I had a Hayman Reece towbar fitted and had no issues towing my camper trailer on two occasions without a problem. I hooked up the trailer yesterday - no lights at all. Lights on car all working. I checked fuses all ok, the accessory fuse box in engine bay has no fuses however I put 30 amp in the empty "trailer"socket still no lights. Any help would be appreciated.

Wires pulled out of screws in connector socket - probably as a result of some tight reversing?

Hi Rob, thanks for the reply, plugs is OK. I spoke with ARB they said ECU located near towbar may have got some water in it even though they are supposed to be water proof. Anyway they sent me a new one which I will install tomorrow, hopefully it should solve the problem. Cheers.
