Turbo actuator problem

It sounds like you need to take the intercooler off and wash it out with degreaser if it is leaking oil. You also need to install a catch can and egr blanking plate (with a 10mm hole in it to stop codes) which will relieve most of the problems of egr oil bypass getting into the intercooler. The intercooler will also be far more efficient as the oil inside insulates it from doing its job properly. Use petroleum based degreaser as it won't eat the aluminium away like the caustic chemical degreasers will. Also watch that you don't damage the sensors in the intercooler and replace the little boost pressure pipe on the back properly (as I found out the hard way) when putting it all back together. I had amazing performance and fuel consumption benefits by doing this, and it only took about an hour.
