In our office fleet we always have 2 compressed air/solution cans per
vehicle, and you really need 2 to make a repair and fully inflate TLC
tyres. I have never noticed any imbalance after using the stuff.
In both 80 and Pajero I always keep a cheapo 12v compressor from Argos. For
casual top-ups and unfortunately the occasional overnight deflation with a
slow puncture. I am not man enough for a foot pump Chris !
I have used the foam stuff to fill a tyre, but only for slow speed
industrial use, never on road vehicles. In those days the foam used just
made balancing impossible. But its great stuff when you see the tyre
'inflated' with screws and welding rod studs sticking out of it.
