Andrew has used a 5 watt handheld UHF radio for a while, but with bigger, longer trips coming up he wanted to increase the range but keep costs down.
So with the help of a little adaptor and some advice, we got his range from one mile to 10 miles for around a hundred bucks. (For our post-Brexit English friends, that's now millions of pounds....... )
Anyway, have a listen in and see how he goes.
