Vdj79r 2008 error p0234 help

2008 vdj79r workmate tuned from 140 to 198 hp gday all I’m Ben
looking for advise on code p0234 says it could be egr sensor all the way to turbo assembly ;turbo is near new<40k ( code only appears when on highway ) if not could somebody tell me how to flush my turbo or tune it up from below .
Also any advise on how to install blanking plate or novice maintenance tips

I’m having the exact same issue in my 78 series cruiser. I’ve cleaned the map sensor and tightened all hoses which fixes the issue for a bit but after long drives on the highway, my car goes into limp mode and reads error P0234. Would be great if someone knew how to correct it.
