Hi Guys
I would like to know what a few things about this fan coupling please.
Is there a maintainance time for it and if so what do you do.
How long would it take.
Can a mecanically challanged person tackle it.
When do you need to replace hte whole thing.
How do you know if something is going wrong with it.
I asked on the 80 site but no takers, maybe too stupid a question for those
guys presant company excluded of course.
I looked in the Haynes manual and theres nothing there I could find in
relation to it.
I know its important for the cooling of the engine and thats why im
interested.
If it were to go bad or give up would this happen slowly or all of a sudden.
What would the hints be that it was failing, and how long would you have
between the start of a problem to having to replace it.
I herd you should replace the whole clutch assembly after 100,000 miles,
well mine has done 200,000 and am wondering.
Am I worrying too much again.
