Hi Guys
I have one for ye lot. I noticed a wire hanging down from under the dash,
its the wire for the reverse lights I had fitted, so I pushed it bach up
under the dash. This caused a flash and the old heart stopped again. Well I
thought nothing about after I woke up untill it started to get dusk and now
when I put my foot on the brake my dash lights come on. This happens all the
time now no messing. I have checked all my lights and they are all working
fine including the brake lights. What the hell is going on, any ideas would
be nice. The dash lights work ok when they are switched on so I haven't got
a clue.

John,
First thing to do is to take out the wire that shorted out.
Regards, Clive.

I wouldn't worry. Just connect some Xmas lights to that wire (via a
fuse!) and you'll be prepared for the festive seasaon :)
