Clearly, the artic driver had good intentions but not much of a clue how to operate his machine.

The clue to this one (IMO) is to keep away, up high and out of the waterlogged area next to the water. Long ropes/chains/straps needed though.

It's a bit like "there was an old woman who swallowed a fly" ...

I agree the artic driver was just trying his best to pull the 4x4 out, but he should of given up long before. Spinning his wheels till the made a set of 2 foot deep holes was only going to end one way :smirk:
 
I wonder what made the artic driver attempt to pull the Troll out backwards when it was obvious that a front pull would be easier?
