What to break?

Ok so where should I look for these cracks and what do you do if you find them besides cry of course.

He said that unless I want to run 35"s and go offroad a lot that there's not much to break. Rubber bits perish pretty quickly (sway bar links, etc). But watch for LF frame rail cracks because if a routine tech inspection (MOT to you?) discovers significant cracks then then vehicle can be officially declared unfit for road use, forever. There's a poor chap on the French language 80 list who suffered exactly that fate. So I'm not offroading mine at all until I fix the hairline cracks.

There are ways to fix these things, that is the frame cracking - paranoia is another ball game altogether.
