Andy,
Don't the standard wheel nuts fit?
Why not go to the original supplier or maybe Milners and get them to
deliver them to your mate in Devon on Saturday? Or get them delivered
here on Saturday am and swap your wheels on the way down and then pick
them up on the way back up.

What type of nuts Andy? There's ones with a big washer that sits against
the wheel and there's the sort with a tapered fit to the wheel? I've got
a few tapered ones spare but not enough for a whole set.
Cheers,
Jon.

Subject: [ELCO] wheel nut source needed urgently!!
Hi all,
In preparation for Salisbury (and my winter trip) I just bought 4 new
BFG ATs and some steel wheels from Bronco. Being a complete idiot, I
accidentally ordered lock nuts (set of 4) instead of wheel nuts (set of
24!) to come with the wheels.
My existing tyres are a mish mash of worn out rubbish inherited from the
previous owner, and the wheels are the std 16 inch alloys, so the bolts
won't fit steel wheels.
I am working tomorrow and then driving down from Lancashire to Devon on
business on Saturday. I wonder if anyone can recommend a place where I
can pick up some nuts for steel wheels on the way? This way I can take
my new wheels in the boot and change them Saturday night. I don't think
the existing tyres are anything like upto going off road, so I'm a bit
on the desperate side.
Cheers and thanks,
Andy

I've got 4 of the tapered ones that I replaced with lockers, you
should only need 20 if you have 4 lockers.
Regards, Clive.

Daft question but have you rung around some Toyo dealers? They surprise
me sometimes with what they have on the shelf - not often mind but worth
a shot IMO.

Hi all,
Thanks for the help with this - I've just lucked out - a friend of mine
is heading down the M6 at the moment and will call in at Bronco 4x4 in
Leek, pick up some nuts and give me them in Devon tomorrow!!!
So I'll see you all at the meet :)
Best regards,
Andy
