Hay,

So now things seem to be running ok I am looking at the next mods.

So the longer term plan is to remove the AHC system and possibly lift 40mm

Currently running OEM rims and want to upgrade tyres what size can I go to with no modifications? Mostly prepping for the overland trip so looking at AT tyres, but would be quite keen on dipping a toe into green laneing with a few others, but may need a guide to show me the ropes.

I plan to mount the spare on a bumper hung mount or up on the roof.

235/85r16 bfg ko2. And done. :)

I was hoping someone with a more thought out reply would come along and get you something to chew on.

I run 235's, they get me everywhere. And everyone everywhere seems to have these in stock. The only time I have thought a wider set would have been handy is when entirely bogged in clay/mud.

But you are right. These are skinny, and pretty much the first comment anyone has about my truck when they see it.
