Windscreen washer relay - where is it?

Anyone know where the windscreen washer relay is located. Main and rear screen washers not working, but headlamp washers are! Tested pumps, fuses etc all OK and but no joy solving the problem. Friend seems to think there is a relay somewhere?

Any help/advise welcome.

What kind of 100 do you have, and what is the production month? (put into sign.line)
There are several different solutions, which all change once every 1 or 2 years. Common for them all tho' seems to be that there is no washer relay. The newer ones generally has a separate washer fuse, behind the RHS kick panel, while the earlier years feed through the wiper fuse.

I've got the front of my 2001 4.2 'VX' apart at the moment and there is a washer relay mounted on the front N/S of the washer bottle, above the headlamp washer pump.

Sorry, I've not being paying attention, a couple of pictures here:

The legend on the relay says "Toyota Relay Cleaner Control". The relay is bolted to the washer bottle.
