I think only Twice iv scrapped ice off the car/Truck windscreen This Winter...... Not Good!

Sorry Mike, couldn’t resist. But I have to admit, it was a couple of weeks ago and only at altitude. I was tidying up in my garden at the weekend in tee shirt & jeans in the sunshine and we’re at 730m.

We’re hoping for snow later in the month or March / April even. Winters have shifted about 6 weeks later here, by my observations.

Love that Dog!.... Thats it then we've got no Choice We are all Moving to Clives.... I remember about 2010 i think, I was working up near Elgin and we drove to Aviemore for the Weekend And the slopes were CLOSED, because there was to much snow...MAD!...

I was saying to Amy over the weekend that with such a warm winter its going to be difficult to really appreciate those early March spring days when you can start to feel the warmth of the sun on your face, which is a shame because I bloody love those days.

Being a gritting contractor for over 12 years our busiest winter did not get going until the 2nd week in February and went on till the beginning of April. Seem to think that was 2013

If i remember Aviemore was about 50 miles from Elgin, But it took over 3hrs In the Snow, In my trusty 5 series BMW.. Not the best vehicle in the snow... Good fun 'tho'

Iv never seen Sheffield look so Pretty!

It was in that direction but the council tip was right behind me when I took that.

Is that the flats at Callow Mount from the old Blackstock Rd landfill site?
At least, when all the icebergs and glaciers have finished melting, us Sheffielders will be able to go down to the beach:wtf:

It is indeed - I knew you would pick up on it. Boggy section of the walk ...
