I located the buzzer. It's inside the instrument panel and easy to identify once you have the back cover off the panel. I disabled the speaker by cutting away the plastic housing and removing the metal speaker cone leaving the motor of the speaker in tact. Job takes about an hour if anyone else...

That's great news. Does anyone have a photo of the module that unplugs? I pulled off the panel and don't see anything that just unplugs. I had a 80 series LC that had a small module in this same area that did just unplug but I sure don't see anything like this on this one.
