This is classic battery problem, batteries are probably on the way out and need replacing.

I replaced my discs, pads, new fitting kits & shims etc. plus new front callipers, all genuine parts, made a massive difference.

How do you go about arranging the remaps do you still contact Richards Auto in Australia or is there an Agent in Europe? Or is this something you install yourself with their laptop? Sounds very interesting, including the Engine remap to disable EGR.

I'm pretty sure the sensor works on detection of a pressure drop. I can't find the info now, but it can't detect a dirty filter, as long as the fuel pressure is correct the light is off. If it detects a drop due to clogged filter or water in the filter bowl, it causes the warning lamp to illuminate.

Hi Jon, have you checked the fluid level? It's not as easy as on the 100's you have to check inside the access cover in rear drivers side wheel well. Sounds like you may be running low. The numbers should all be as close to zero as possible for the height sensors in techstream, best advise...

Just an observation, I think you will struggle to fill the "shocks" via the pump, ideally you should pre-fill these manually before hooking up. What you are doing will just airlock the system.

I think you'll find the Australian spec 200's didn't have AHC. Conventional springs and shocks with KDSS. Only the LX570 is AHC equipped in Australia.

Seems a bit of a strange decision for a UK company to start production from 2015 model year, Toyota stopped selling the 200 in the UK in 2015. Would be nice if they catered for the earlier models also.

Following on from my broken sensor post, I have now replaced the sensor linkage, not the entire height sensor but I am still having issues, I suspect it could be out of calibration but hopefully someone with more knowledge of AHC systems than me may have some suggestions? I can get the AHC pump...

I've just followed Andy's lead and done a temporary repair with stainless wire, it's at least drivable again, but I can't raise or lower it, I am back at normal height though, and got some damping again. New sensor should be here Thursday.

Or another question, has anyone tried a non-genuine sensor? £90 on ebay UK stock (next day availability) , or I can get a genuine from Partsouq for £166 (delivery takes a bit less than a week I've found). Dealer over £300!! Update: cracked and bought the genuine part from Partsouq.
