Hi Andy it is a 24 valve 4.2 manual 80. Is it a hdj80? Anyway this problem seems to come and go and is very intermittent. I have changed the fuel filter today but am unsure where or how to check the fuel strainer. Is this the same as the fikter off the picj up in tank as Karl suggests? Sorry...

Can you tell me what I paid 350 euros for please?

Hi All, Currently in Slovenia on our way to Mongolia 8-) During the trip down to the south coast of France I noticed my steering started to feel a bit dodgy and a bit too much play in the steering - occasionally quite a scary feeling. My Mrs then noticed some oil leaking from the passenger...

    Galaxy Tab real GPS

Seems the new Galaxy tab doesn't have real GPS afterall. They use 3g or a wireless network to get a location. And they don't have any memory card slots either. The 7.7 galaxy tab has both! So annoying. Best Regards J

    Galaxy Tab real GPS

Hello all, Im still researching GPS systems and was wondering if the Samsung galaxy tab had true GPS? I want to know if it would work anywhere in the world without the need of a internet connection? I think this would be a great solution as it has no moving parts and with a good water/sand...

Looks good Gilbert but did you paint the tin before hand? I seem to be scratching it quite a bit trying to get these dam mats off. Should I be worried? Best Regards James

Hello, There was a oil slick in the boot as it had been used to carry crane parts and the seats aren't too pretty. Various scuffs and marks on the body but I suppose for its age aint to bad. It also had 118,000 on the clock. Mechanically seekms sound and has just sailed through a MOT. You...

Took out the carpet in rear of 80 and there is shed loads of

Your right Gilbert, I thought it was all oil, but it seems to be a big oil spill and this has made the mats mushy, so bits come up easy and others bits dont. Not sure what to do now whether just to try and take it all up or just the easy bits? If I do take it all up what should I paint it...

OIL, lots of it under the carpet that I have taken out of the back of my 80. The carpets were full of grease and were a mess anyway so I have taken them out but underneath there is loads of gluey oil. Someone mentioned that it might be meant to be there to stop rust. Is this true? Also, is...
