For the second time in the past week I have noticed that when I put my foot down the engine picks up revs then stalls and then after about a 2 sec delay picks up revs again. Its only done this twice in the past week and I have only noticed it whilst the engine is warming up but don’t think that has anything to do with the problem so thought it best to check the fuel lines and filters.

Does the filter on a 100 have a water trap with a small bleeder underneath to drain it or is it a replacement job.

How best is it to drain a fuel tank and flush it out or is it best not to do this.

The filter has a drain cock under. Drain until fuel...
Pump up pressure on top afterwards.
