P0045 Turbo/supercharger boost control solenoid interruption

Hellow,
A friend of mine has a problem with his D4D 120 series. It has a fault leading to the Turbo Solenoid. He replaced the part on the turbo after waiting for it for weeks. The part is working but the code is still there. He replaced the Driver, Turbo motor. Because it malfunctioned and cased the turbo solenoid to fail. But after that the error is still there...

He is looking after another Driver, Turbo Motor, but a second hand one. The part number is 89878 - 60020. Has a purple sticker. Does anyone has one for sale maybe?
I've got a photo of it below.
This part has been changed several times I guess, I find a lot of them but with a different number and a different colour of sticker... So no assurance of it working in the car.


Error code is as shown in the title (P0045).
Do you guys have a solution?

Do you maybe have an wiring diagram of this part maybe?

As far as I remembered, he solved the problem with replacing the actuator motor on the turbo and that ecu from the driver, turbo motor witha second hand one.
