Iirc front and rear hub seals are same just an extra lip on the seal rubber on fronts? Haven't got any genuine my spares box unfortunately, only milners that came with the truck for absolute emergency use. Need to fix that!

The grooves and dimples can help reduce brake fade if you're doing a lot of braking for long periods e.g. coming down a mountain in a loaded vehicle. Having dimples instead of cross drilled means they shouldn't suffer from cracking, but aren't quite as effective at releasing gasses. I can't give...

I put MTEC dimpled grooved disks and ebc yellow stuff pads on my 80 recently and they are a big improvement on the old OEM discs and pads. Parts bill was £285. They're the kind of thing any competent mechanic can fit for you, or diy ;)

Changing the front axle control arm bushes on the 80. PO put split poly bushes in about 18 years ago, which I wanted to change back to OEM. Should be a nice easy job to drop the arms off, but not when the bolts are rusted solid into the sleeves. One bolt came out easily. No amount of heat...

Does look like the rear AC pipes to me. Definitely not fuel imo.

Could it be the pipes to the rear aircon? Never seen where the original pipes were run because they've usually been replaced, but they're around that position. Possibly the thick looking pipe is a smaller pipe in a protective cover?
