My Build Thread

So the build started in december when i bought the 3sp 74 shorty at xmas in 2016,
In march 2017 i found the ute on just parts which at this stage i hadnt done much to the shorty yet, just chasing parts that have minimal rust.
Once getting the ute and shorty home to sydney, i started pulling parts off both utes that would help piece the shorty together, keep in mind bringing the shorty back i forgot to strap the bonnet so that was the first item to be taken from one of the utes and onto the shorty.

Over the last couple of weeks of having the ute under cover pulling it apart ive cathered more parts off the utes for it,
The small parts, clutch slave cylinder off a 74 (red ute) and the brake master cylinder the F motor and ill be keeping the gearbox and tranny as spares.
With the easter long weekend on board ill be hoping to maybe even swap out the rear diff from the shorty and the uye as the shorty currently has an 80series rear in it with coil overs and im really keen on making it a complete ground up rebuild to be as close to original as possible hence the utes rear...
