After running at motorway speeds and checking side wall temps on front and rear, I have set 40 front and 50 rear. I am running heavy with stuff on roof, water cans, spares etc so this seems to be a 'sensible' level which I will continue to monitor. I am sure the lower pressures suggested...
The rears are slightly warm after a run at 38psi so thinking of putting up a bit to 42. Handbook, for slightly different profile, suggests 44.

I am trying to source a set of locking wheel nuts for the steel wheels on my 105 series.
The nuts are M14 1.25 60degree. However, my search to date has failed to find anything.
Any suggestions or does anyone have a set for sale?
Thanks

Hi Leigh.
Followed the thread with interest as well as your overland adventure. We setting off in July for Sydney and interested in your Spot Connect tracking.
Best to pm you?
Andy
I currently have 265/75/R16 tyres fitted to 16 inch rims on my 105 series.
However, I am about to fit a new set of tyres for our overland journey to Australia and not sure whether to replace with the same or go to a bigger tyre/larger rim.
i note the speedo reads high so inclined to go bigger...
I have a similar set up. The only guidance I was offered is to ensure you let the vehicle idle for at least 30seconds when you stop before switching off. This allows the turbo oil to cool.
