Greg, I’m only in Eastbourne & had a transfer box sorted by bexhill gearboxes a few years ago, I believe they also do diffs, Google them & give them a call, not sure if they do the stuff whilst still in the truck or you’d need to take it out for them Andy

I’ve got a couple of similar , small, old ones( from maplins years ago!) on my boat, they work a treat at just keeping the batteries topped up

Was just going to reply but see you’ve done it! All I can say is bolt mine and Sam’s were F****** tight and we had to make up a pulley with high tensile bolts as normal ones just wouldn’t shift it, Guess you were lucky!

Not much help I know, but I spent hours & hours on my dining table with a power probe getting it right, with a lot of help from posts on mud, this was all some years ago, and with hindsight I’d have been better off buying a new one from Amayama or the likes
