I have a NOCO GB70 but I've never had the opportunity to to start my 1HDFTE. I bought this in case I had to stay without moving for more than 3 days with my ARB fridge plugged in. Here's an interesting test, although the NOCO tested is much more powerful than the one I have.

When mine failed after 330 000km, I took it to a shop that rebuilds Denso products. I don't remember the parts they changed. The alternator tensioner has 2 bolts that take few minutes to figure out how the tension work. At this point, while you there, replace the 2 alternator belts.

Angkor, I really can't help you. Any Toyota Dealer should be able to help you or other reputable garage... I mean, there is no specif science with AC. Bonne chance !

I read somewhere (ih8mud) post 2002 can be fit on a pre 2002 100 without or minimal modification. Post 2002 also have the hole to insert a Hi-Lift jack as a recovery feature. If I had know this, I would have tried my luck to buy a post 2002 bumper instead.

My HDJ100 is from France but the pics of the FSM I have is not specific to a particular country. The chart refer to «europe» anyway.

I assume the picture above with 5W30 oil viscosity is for gasoline engine. My FSM tel another story about the oil viscosity (1HZ, 1HD−T, 1HD−FTE ENGINE) :
