Hi all I am rebuilding a diff I got I was told it was for a HZJ75 front diff and I have fitted the new CV s to the axels but when I went to fit them they would not fit in the housing were they should sit. i am new to the group and I have been reading the forums on over heating, I have a hzj75 6 wheeler and have just fitted a new motor and new gear box but find if I turn the air con on it over heats.
