Went for a Tunit Advantage 2 (recon'd, good deal on ebay from Michael @ Tunit Chorley) , got the wiring harness in, pretty straight forward. Truck been SORN'd for the last year and moved off the drive for the first time yesterday, so no feedback on functionality or performance yet! Tunit box...

Thanks guys! On closer inspection there a few pin holes. I'll go down the rubber hose route. Seems to be enough good metal to play with at the filler end. May also run a breather hose. Not sure. Will certainly be easier to refit in rubber!

Hi everyone, My filler pipe is fairly corroded, (caught before it rotted right through anywhere though) and I'm loathe to replace it with a whole new £100+ pipe. It was a nightmare to get out, seemingly fitted in the factory before the body went on... I dread to think how difficult a new one...

Needs the tarnish cleaning up after months sat on the drive but here are a couple of pics of mine. I'm not sure what the symptoms of wear would be or what to look for... Never knew this was a wear item!

Hi Trevor, I'm in Bristol. That 80 system is lovely! Would be great to get a steer on getting the 3 bolt flange fab'd and welded on correctly.

Cheers for the support, I was hoping someone would pop up and yell "aha! and magic up a flange to fit" but I'm glad to have someone say that it may be possible to fabricate! Just need to find an exhaust shop to assist. As you say... the 'rona is going to put paid to that for some time... good...
