Hi has anyone put a Rover 3.5 V8 in a hj45 . If so is there gearbox conversion kit so I can keep the original gear box . My head has cracked on my H engine thanks

Hi my hj45 has either a cracked block of the head gasket has gone . Either way I've decided to go for a new engine what would you put in instead I'm probably gonna try to make it as good as anything around, body work etc I'm in the UK thanks in anticipation .. Jim

Hi David it’s still a diesel thanks for your help hopefully when i re install the tank all will be fixed

Hi my truck has been stalling when it's been running for a while it started when climbing a steep hill. I've checked the fuel line and cleaned the tank .could it be the ignition relay if so where would I locate it .

Do you mean the fuel line from the diesel tank

Hi I'm Jim living in Surrey England I have a 76 hj45 I use it as my work vehicle I'm having fuel problems I've had the injection pump and fuel pump overhauled , replaced the fuel line and fuel filter but the truck still stalls it started when climbing a steep hill I've now checked the air filter...

so ive been offered a complete kit from a Landcruiser 60 just making sure it will fit my 45 and what else will I need thanks in anticipation .... Jim
