I worked out the problem today through process of elimination the fan plug-in had power to it and when I plug the fan in to 12 V it also ran So it ended up being this connection one of the pins wasn’t quite connecting I pulled it back across with a screwdriver so they connect all going now cheers

I have 12.3 V to the fan when I switch it on at the switch I can’t understand why wiring would be damaged when nothing has been played with before it not working i’ve replaced the resistor and the relay is there some other device it could be running through?

Hi all I have a 1997 HZJ 75 with blower issues I have replaced the resistor the relay and fuses still no function The fan blower is Functioning when connected to 12 V what am I missing Thanks in advance
