    Setting the speedometer needle to zero

    Hi, I removed the speedometer needle and face-plate to repair the T-belt light, and when replacing the speedometer needle, it will only sit at either +20 or about -5 kph. (1994 Troop Carrier) Does anyone have any idea how to reset it to zero? Thanks!
