Grinding noise / feel full lock reverse

Turns out it's the handbrake shoes dragging in reverse. The cable has gone really slack too. Guess that'll need fixing before the MOT next month.

Who is doing what maintenance today?

I had my rear aircon blocked off, way cheaper than repiping, though it's a bit slower to cool down in summer.

Grinding noise / feel full lock reverse

I have a grinding noise and feeling from that passenger front when on full lock in reverse. Not present (or very slight) the rest of the time. Any ideas what to check?

At some point a compressor and spray gun starts to pay for itself vs spray cans. ;)

ABS Sensor Welded Solid — Removal Tips or Suggestions?

I would remove it - the chance of breaking the end off when you reinstall the new hub is quite high, then you're on the hook for a new sensor.

I don't jack the car up, just slide under with it on its wheels. Safe as you like. Not sure if clearance is much less on the 200 but it feels like you shouldn't need to lift it that much?

I do u joints on the drive, just slide under and stick the grease pump on.

    Oil

I'm half tempted to use 0W40 to match my car, but the price puts me off, it would simplify things though.

Did a 3k oil change, greased the prop shafts and air filter. Decided to refit my sump guards then realised why they weren't on. I then remembered that one of the bolts snapped off. Manager to get a nut welded on and got it out though, so not too much drama in the end.

Use of H, HL and LL?

From my manual, some info on speeds you can switch at. For auto gearboxes, use neutral instead of the clutch.
