I'm from Brisbane Australia. My leisure drive is a 2005 Land cruiser 100 series 1HDFTE turbo intercooled model with 5 speed auto. The car is basically stock standard in the drive train. Currently has 280,000 kms on the clock. Only options to date are the alloy wheels with BFG AT tyres, Toyota alloy front bar that is only useful for nudging shopping trollies and mounting aerials on. I have fitted inner air bags to the rear coils for towing my off road caravan.
Other items are ARB on board compressor, Rhino rack full length alloy roof rack and clearview towing mirrors which are great for intended use but rather ugly in my opinion. I will fit the ARB long ranger fuel tank instead of the standard sub tank for the long distance runs and Kaymar double wheel carrier as will have to re locate the spare.
My daily drive is 2012 Hilux SR dual cab 3 litre diesel, manual transmission with drop side tray instead of standard tub. Winch and winch bar with scrub rails and steps, long range fuel tank 120 litres.
