Well guys it is solved. The solenoid above the turbo that allows vacuum to the diaphragm was the culprit. A broken wire going into the plug to it. Car feels like a fast car tonight! Thanks for the help.

On my 2003 amazon there is a noise behind the lcd screen. I have narrowed it down to something to do with the temperature control as at max cold or hot it stops. It must be some sort of water regulator. Anyone dealt with this before? It is a really annoying tapping sound!
