    Cooling the 1KZ-TE motor:

    Try removing the centre of thermostat.. replace thermostat ring back in its original position as this will allow maximum water flow while keeping enough water retention in cooling system.....I myself have suffered similar problems in outback Australia (my back yard) and found by removing centre...
