Yes after turn the key to start engine , check engine flashing but when i'm shorting obd pins check is not flashing

I don’t have the service manual . I noticed that not all of lights flashing . Only abs and Vrc off and airbags .

Yes lights flashed after shorting pins. I will check the ground , maybe it’s clue

I connected obd2 and checked connection with obd2, it was correct , and ran techstream . Program not found my vehicle . So I chose manually kdj cause I checked model and this kdj120. But I got error
