Looking for some-one who is breaking a 1992 LJ78 import (or there-abouts) that has really good door cards for sale. The cards are grey trim with a grey suede inner panel.
With thanks.

Hi Ben,
Wanted to check out how the connectors behind it work and the possibility of connecting from there for the light illumination relay wiring loom I have made up. Thanks.
Has anyone got a photo of the wiring side of this fuse box they can post & any experience working on it ?
It is the unit located under the RHS driver's kickboard.
With thanks.
Stephen

A replacement five pin relay 85942-60010 was installed and enabled the pump circuit to wash on the headlamp beam when pressed. Job done.
The reason the fluid tank was always empty and draining onto the street when filling was a faulty one way valve 85031-30020. This is situated near...

Green & Orange - From "Tail" Fuse (4 - 3)
Grey - From "CIG" Fuse (9 - 2)

I have found a used light reminder relay from a GB LJ70 C/W with the connector & + 30cm of the original wiring loom & would like to patch it into my JP LJ78 (Auto) wiring.
As previously mentioned the Japanese LJ78 (Auto) does not have a light reminder relay but a reverse gear reminder relay in...
Thanks spotlight for your help.
There are two valves on the headlamp washer hoses (Part no: 85031-30020) which have directional arrows embossed on them. Can you tell me which way they point to, the pump or nozzle?
I have a feeling one of them may be in the wrong direction as fluid pours out of...
On further investigate the 85276-22070 part number given from an LJ70 does not seem to be the correct one for the LJ78.
The LJ78 part is 85276-22060 which now superceeds to 85942-60010 at a cost of £126 ex vat from Toyota.
Both vehicle have identical shape relays with the same connecting plug...
Got around to cutting out the immobiliser box this morning in the pouring rain and found it a relatively simple exercise of cutting the immobiliser wiring off the main ignition wiring loom and bridging the wiring back with some self crimp terminals. Job done.
Thanks for your posting grantw...
My vehicle has a coded key fob with two metal contacts that have to be connected to the female part on the steering column every time on start-up.
The one coded key packed in this morning for some reason and I am now using the last spare key fob.
I would be inclined to cut this whole unit out...
I have established that the motor runs by connecting a power source direct to the motor power coupling and sprays.
The problem is the power feed into the motor as there is none when the headlamp lights are on & the washer button on the wipe stalk is depressed.
The main screen washer works...
