Found replacement glass clips on ebay HERE
Stripped off door card, lowered window all the way down and unbolted clips from the carrier, lifted glass out of the door.
Ok this was putting it back in but you get the idea.

Window on floor

With the broken clip

Tried various cutting tools to get through the bonding but found a saw worked best, I used the saw cover to protect the glass.

Cut right through

And lever the other half off

Clean up the edge of old sealant

Made sure the orientation of the offset is the same as the other clip.

Apply new RTV sealant onto and into new clip

I tapped clip onto the glass with a rubber mallet, lining it up with the marks from the old clip and then refitted the glass into the door

Lined up bottom bar (it can move horizontally to line up) and bolted both clips into runner.

Then slowly wound the window up with an assistant pushing the glass down to keep it in the clip, then fully close the window and allow sealant to set for a day before using the window. Then tape down and reseal the door inner liner, refit card and all done.
