I can't delete my emails, well i can but five minuets later there all back & getting worse,

The best way to delete the emails is find a bfh and tap the screen as hard as possible. Repete as required.

Have you tried logging on to your email account from a pc deleting and them check.

What's a bfh Stu ? yes i can delete them on pc & they come back on the phone

It'll be down to the way you've got the exchange set up on the phone.

You need to tick the box that deleats them off the server as well as your phone.

A little more help needed Paul, I'm a thicko at these things, What box ? on the fone ? or pc ?
If it's the pc then i have dozens of emails on the fone by the end of the day as no pc access during the day

On the phone, there's a setting to tick/untick to delete them from the server when you delete them from you phone, from memory its under the email settings.

Yes Paul, i know about the box to tick, i do that & delete, i get a box asking to confirm which i tick & it/they delete. two minuets later there back
