I helped my mate out with a body lift on his Collie, you will need to take out the plastic wall liner in the boot to get access to the top of the bodymount bolt, it's tucked right in the corner of the floor underneath a piece of foam.
Chances are the nut outside will be seized on so either lots of penetrating fluid and a breaker bar (while someone else is hanging onto the bolt top inside) may free it off. If not grind off from underneath and push the remainder up into the boot and replace the bolt (doesn't have to be Toyota).
You can use a couple of trolley jacks with various bits of wood to lift the body from the chassis (use a wood spreader under the body to distribute the weight), if you have a towbar then bouncing off that can help the separation process. IIRC you only need about 5 - 10mm to be able to slide the old rubber bushes out but it will depend how much the old ones have compressed.
I would also undo the 2 stud mounts in the boot floor that hold the body onto the crossmember to give you a bit more flex. Worst case scenario is that you may need to undo the other rear bodymount and even come down to the next one on the side you need to replace.
It's almost worth just doing a full body lift while you are at it, makes changing the starter much easier if you needed a reason to do the lift.
