2k rpm your turbo is spooling and it runs fine which suggests to me your problem is lack of air . Fuel can't burn without air .

If old clutch still works then a new one will work better . Flywheel should have a smooth surface but even if its scored your new clutch will just wear to match it . Shortens the life expectancy of the new clutch some but you still get years out of it .

Clean the intake , throttle body butterfly is probably sticking .

Unless the flywheel is very obviously damaged just fit your clutch and it will be fine .

My Rapier missile trailer has something similar as its only suspension and I've often wondered what magical rubber seems unaffected by weight or lack of . I suppose rubber might be the most common trailer suspension .

80 series has an auto limited slip in the transfer box which when it fails effectively locks the centre diff . I removed it so now I have an open centre diff until i lock it with the gear lever .
