Check if butterfly valve in intake opens. It's vacuum operated via an electric actuator/solenoid. Try with diesel directly from a bottle with a hose straight to IP. That circumvents the tank sieve, fuel pipe, diesel bug, and main filter.

The alarm and lock system depends on that the dome light and door switches work. On your version, it looks like the 10A Dome fuse is fed directly from the 100A J/B 2 fuse, which is on the fusible link block under the battery terminal.

There might be some early OZ and GC versions without OBD. Otherwise, the FSM has a fault finding procedure for the OBD, in case it doesn't work with TechStream. Blink-codes are also a good method tho'.

This could indicate a faulty rectifier bridge in the alternator. With one shorted diode, you would be able to keep the voltage reasonably high enough as long as the engine is running, but not enough to charge the battery. Another common issue is loose connection in the alternator plug.
