    2H Voltage Regulator

Thanks Ben The auto electrician who looked at it said he thought it should have an external regulator. But thanks for the pics I will go and look at the alternator and see if there's any evidence of a regulator there.

    2H Voltage Regulator

Hi all I'm looking for a picture and possibly the part number for the voltage regulator on a 2H 60 series 24v set up. Unfortunately a previous owner has improvised and replaced the voltage regulator with a non standard Bosch regulator.. it appears to be working but I'd like to get it back to...

Hi Ben, Would you be interested in an original R/H fog light? I'm about to remove one from my HJ60 with the same rear bumper as yours (can't find a left hand one) so going to fit some Pajero rear bumper lights instead.

    1HDT fuel pump service

That's what the guy here in Harare has suggested, I only really wanted him to fit the modified fuel pin I've got and to set the pump up to match the G Turbo but he wasn't keen to that without stripping and servicing the pump as well.. seem a bit of overkill to me.

    De Chroming a plastic grille

I want to get rid of what is left of the chrome on the front grille and headlight surrounds on my 60 series. I've done a bit of googling and it would appear that leaving the bits in a de greasing liquid will do the trick. Anyone tried this?

    60 series Aftermarket sunroof removal

I have found a donor, although we've not agreed a price as yet.. the guy who is selling is convinced that he's going to find someone who wants to rebuild it but to be honest if you don't have another one that's fairly complete then it's too far gone. 60 series Aftermarket sunroof removal

My 60 Series has 2 old school pop up glass sunroofs fitted and I'd quite like to get rid of them. One of them is leaking and they are both covered with silicone from previous attempts to stop leaks. Anyone ever tried this on a 60 series? It has ridges in the roof so I'm not sure what the best...

Hi all, I'm on the hunt for a Hall effect sensor for the rev counter on my HJ60 it would appear that someone has managed to either screw the original one in too far (although I'm not sure how that's possible) or possibly used the wrong one. It seems to be the same for most of the HJ60s Part...

    1HDT fuel pump service

Anyone tell me how often a 1HDT fuel pump should be serviced. As far as I know mine hasn't been serviced since the car was new it's now done 255000kms.
