Paul @ West Coast might be able to help you with that. I will have a full set of standard 105 alloys for sale once my new ones arrive. They have just been powder coated, the tyres will also be for sale.

If I could have my pick I’d take a Y60 or Y61 long wheel base with the factory TD42 turbo. They just all suffer for the worst case of Rot.

Russia will be an interesting trip, have a friend that did it completely solo a few years ago in his 80.

The camo 105 has the factory 1HZ fitted I believe. As far as I know there is currently only one FTE powered 105 in the UK. (currently in build) I will be doing the same to my 105 one day when I get bored of the turbk 1FZ-FE

I sometimes wish I had just covered it to an FTE but I am sure it will be good when it's done, the FTE conversion can come in the future.
